The land up for auction is located near the industrial/craft area of the Municipality of Povegliano Veronese.
It has an area of 14,697 sqm.
Currently uncultivated, there are small-sized structures on site.
According to the PRG, the land falls within:
- area subject to third-class seismic constraint (art. 5 N.T. of the P.A.T.);
-  "Priority areas for soil protection" — PAQE (art. 8 N.T. of the P.A.T.);
- "Aquifer recharge zone" — PAQE (art. 9 N.T. of the P.A.T.);
- area subject to airport protection zone (art. 16 N.T. of the P.A.T.);
- Area suitable subject to Type 1 condition (art. 41 N.T. of the P.A.T.);
- within A.T.O. (Homogeneous Territorial Area) no. 2 "Settlement system — Madonna dell’Uva Secca" (art. 59 N.T. of the P.A.T.);
Cadastral parcels no. 182 — 230 — 236 also fall partially within the "Buffer zones" (art. 99 N.T. of the P.A.T.);
Cadastral parcel no. 230 also falls partially within the protection zone from abstraction wells for drinking-water use (art. 24 N.T. of the P.A.T.)
Cadastral parcel no. 236 also falls entirely within the protection zone from abstraction wells for drinking-water use (art. 24 N.T. of the P.A.T.)

A NEW PLANNED ROAD NETWORK is partially envisaged on all parcels — they fall under art. 83 of the N.T. of the P.A.T. — Major road infrastructure f4 — Main planned distribution axes;
