AUCTION BASED ON A RECEIVED OFFER

FORMER LOT 6 - Full ownership rights for 1/2 of land located in Deruta (PG), San Nicolò di Celle area with flat lay, regular rectangular shape, elongated with adequate access from the public road and a farm track, presence of a well within the plot.
The land was subject to a free loan-for-use agreement (comodato d’uso gratuito) for rural land executed on 31/12/2016 with an agreed term of 6 years and subsequent tacit renewal for a further 6 years, not enforceable against the Procedure.
The asset must therefore be considered free.

According to the current PRG it falls within Areas of Particular Agricultural Interest (APIA) as per attached CDU no. 1158/2026 of 11/02/2026, which is referred to for all provisions and regarding use

FORMER LOT 7 - Full ownership rights for 1/1 of land located in Perugia, Santa Maria Rossa area with flat lay, regular shape, elongated.
It has access from the public road via a consolidated farm-type track, unpaved, located along the head of the field of the adjoining parcel (p.lla 163).
There is a disused well without any report and/or permit/concession.

According to the current PRG it falls within an Area of Particular Agricultural Interest Ea1 (art. 58 of the TUNA) as per attached CDU no. 2/2026 of 09/01/2026, which is referred to for any further provisions and regarding use

FORMER LOT 8 - Full ownership rights for 1/1 of land located in Perugia, Santa Maria Rossa area with flat lay, irregular shape, elongated.
It has access from the public road via a consolidated farm-type track, unpaved; the boundaries are mostly indistinct and materialized only on one side by fencing.
Inside there is a structure with a meter for powering a domestic-use well, disused, duly authorized

According to the current PRG it falls within an Area of Particular Agricultural Interest Ea1 (art. 58 of the TUNA) as per attached CDU no. 2/2026 of 09/01/2026, which is referred to for any further provisions and regarding use
