It has a surface area of 40,108 sqm consisting of two yards divided by a third-party owned parcel.

It should be noted that the assets are subject to an annual lease agreement registered under no. 1580 series 3T, expiring on 28.02.2026, which states in article 8) that the tenant "declares and undertakes to return the properties at the expiration of the contract or, during the term of the contract, should the Curatorship sell them, in the same conditions in which they were found and with a deadline for release of 20 days from the event that caused the termination"
