These are mostly former quarry lands, part of which is at a lower elevation and in some cases subject to water accumulation (with the formation of ponds on the appraised lands).
The buildings have completely or partially collapsed, only part of them still shows the original structure and are in dilapidated condition.
The shape and position of the lands make them suitable for industrial poplar cultivation or similar crops.
