The main nearby public connections are: SPV Pedemontana entrance (0.2 km) and new exit (1 km), Thiene exit A31 motorway (10 km), Malo center (3 km) and Isola Vicentina (2 km), where the main public services are located.

Please note that the property falls within a special area reserved for brickworks activities (Zone D5), with an obligation for an Urban Planning Implementation Plan.
