Portion of a terraced industrial building developed entirely on the ground floor, located in an area with a strong artisanal vocation in Pordenone. The area is well connected by the SS13 Pontebbana and the A28 motorway (Portogruaro – Conegliano)
It has an area of 1,020 sqm.
The unit consists of a large open-space warehouse area with industrial flooring and ancillary rooms (changing rooms and services). The internal height is 8.70 meters; there are also two exclusive outdoor areas on the east and west fronts to facilitate loading/unloading.

A financial lease (leasing) agreement was entered into on 10/08/2022 for a term of 144 months, with a monthly fee of euro 4,211.92 plus VAT.

The property is currently occupied without title by movable assets belonging to a Judicial Liquidation proceeding and will likely be vacated in a few months, once the sale and removal of said goods have been completed.

The offer is irrevocable for 120 days from submission and will lose effectiveness in the event of ACME not being admitted to the insolvency proceeding filed with the Court of Padua (Restructuring Plan subject to Court Approval pursuant to art. 64 bis CCII).
Please note that Phase 1 is aimed at acquiring expressions of interest in the form of irrevocable purchase offers. After the offer collection deadline, Dr. Luigi de Anna, as Liquidator of the above-mentioned Company, will proceed to evaluate the irrevocable purchase offers collected by GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP Srl, verifying the adequacy of the amount offered, formal regularity and, therefore, the admissibility of the offers themselves, only after the filing and approval of the liquidation plan by the bodies of the proceeding.
Only following the granting of authorization and the consequent admission of the offers will Phase 2 be initiated, which will be carried out only after ACME is admitted to the filed insolvency proceeding (Restructuring Plan subject to Court Approval pursuant to art. 64 bis CCII).

How to participate in the bidding process

The procedure is easy and intuitive.

  3. Evaluation outcome

    The offer will undergo an evaluation process. The outcome will be communicated to you via email. If your offer is the only one approved, you will be able to directly acquire the property. If there are multiple valid offers, you will be allowed to participate in an online competitive auction open only to bidders. At the end of the sale, the highest bidder will be the winner of the property.
