The property up for auction is entirely intended for the trade of timber, consisting of various warehouses, offices, and a residence, located in a strategic position, with access routes suitable for heavy vehicles just 3 km from the Brenner motorway A22.

It is an area of approximately 12,700m² including buildings, with a volume of about 20,000m³, built before 1940 and originally intended for a sawmill, now entirely designated as a warehouse for timber trade.

The real estate complex is located in an agricultural green zone without further restrictions, near the built-up center.
Please note the presence of asbestos-cement elements on the roof of the warehouse.
There are discrepancies present.

Please note that equipment and materials present inside the property related to lot no. 1 are not included in the sale. By participating in the auction, in the event of winning lot no. 1, the successful bidder agrees to keep the goods related to the procedure indicated in the heading in custody, free of charge, until the total liquidation of the goods present inside the property concerned by the procedure itself.

How to participate in an online auction?

The procedure is simple and fast.

  1. Register on the platform Gobidreal.it

    To activate your account, enter the required data which will be the same with which you will participate in the auction and to which, if applicable, the award of the property at auction will be attributed.

  2. Bid now

    Click the appropriate button "Register for the auction" on the online auction page. Pay the security deposit and upload all the required documentation in your personal section, as indicated in the terms of sale.
    Once this procedure is completed, your bid will be formalized and you can participate in the auction.
    Monitor the progress of the online auction on the web page, potentially competing with other users. You will always be updated on the status of your bid so you can potentially raise it.

  3. Wait for the outcome of the auction

    Once the auction is over, if you have won the item, you will receive all the information to make the payments within the established terms and proceed with the transfer of ownership. In the event that you are not the winning bidder of the property, the deposit paid will be returned to you within the terms provided by the sales conditions.
