It is specified that
- the submission of the offer implies knowledge of this notice, the list of goods, and the draft Lease Agreement and constitutes acceptance of the sale conditions.
- The competitive procedure for identifying the party interested in signing the lease contract for real estate and movable goods will be completed with the registration of the lease contract at the buyer's expense.
- The signing of the lease contract is subject to the certification of the state of degradation of the asbestos covering characterizing the roofs of the warehouses. This certification will be the responsibility of the successful bidder and in the absence of it, the signing of the contract will not be completed and the related cost will not be reimbursed by the procedure.
- The lease will be subject to the taxes provided for by law in this matter.
