Complex of disused industrial buildings with an attached area, consisting of:
- main building, spread over a total of seven floors, where milling activities took place, including adjacent canopies and office spaces

- apartment spread over two floors, adjacent to the main building

- beyond Via Piave, a canopy with an attached fenced area

In the courtyard area, the rails are still present, embedded in the pavement.

The current PGT identifies the area as "productive in an improper zone", that is, areas used by productive activities in a mixed situation with residential areas. The productive destination is considered improper and consequently provisional.
Two regulatory regimes are applicable:
A – transitional regime for the permanence of productive activities
B – transformation of disused areas
In case A - the area and the properties contained within it are inactive and in poor maintenance condition.
In case B – through an implementation plan, it is possible to transform the area from industrial to residential, as the main destination, but tertiary and commercial activities are also allowed.
This requires an open dialogue with the Municipal Administration.
