The undersigned Pierluigi Penza, lawyer with an office in Barletta at Piazza Federico di Svevia n. 37, delegated to the sale operations by the Execution Judge Dr. Maria Azzurra Guerra, with an order issued on 9/4/2024, in the enforcement procedure no. 208/2021 R.G. Es. Im.,

ANNOUNCES

that on June 12, 2025 at 10:00 AM and thereafter, through the platform www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it, the sale without auction of the property related to the enforcement procedure mentioned above will take place, in accordance with the legal forms, through the modalities of the synchronous telematic sale pursuant to art. 21 D.M. February 26, 2015 no. 32, which requires the submission of offers after access and registration on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it and/or through the public sales portal of the Ministry of Justice


The purchase offer, digitally signed by the bidder, must be submitted by 11:59 PM on June 11, 2025

Identified in the land registry: sheet 146 parcel 771 category A/3, class 3, cadastral area 84 sqm, consisting of 4.5 rooms, located on the ground floor, - income: € 429.95.
The building was constructed in 1995.
B) Full ownership for the share of 1/1 of agricultural land located in Andria at Contrada Cariati. Total area of approximately 4570 sqm. Identified in the land registry:
- sheet 146 parcel 386 quality Arable, class 3, cadastral area 2155, - agricultural income: € 5.01, - dominical income: € 8.90.
- sheet 146 parcel 646 quality Arable, class 3, cadastral area 2165, - agricultural income: € 5.03, - dominical income: € 8.95.
