The property at auction consists of a residential unit that develops over two above-ground levels (ground and first); according to the cadastral plan, the unit is composed as follows:
- on the ground floor there are 5 rooms intended for entrance, kitchen, storage, and a "room"
- on the first floor there are four rooms.
To access the property from the public road Campagnol (located east of the building), it is necessary to pass over parcels no. 357-358-208, as well as from a portion of the uncovered area of parcel 70 on which a building has been constructed adjacent to the one in question.
The unit is currently a construction site, with some building interventions that have involved: removal of the floors (only the concrete screed was present, which was irregular in several places), partial removal of the internal plaster, removal of the internal fixtures. A portion of the building's roof was demolished/collapsed.
