The property at auction consists of a residential unit that develops over two above-ground levels (ground and first); according to the cadastral plan, the unit is composed as follows:
- on the ground floor there are 5 rooms intended for entrance, kitchen, storage, and a "room"
- on the first floor there are four rooms.
To access the property from the public road Campagnol (located east of the building), it is necessary to pass over parcels no. 357-358-208, as well as from a portion of the uncovered area of parcel 70 on which a building has been constructed adjacent to the one in question.
The unit is currently a construction site, with some building interventions that have involved: removal of the floors (only the concrete screed was present, which appeared irregular in several places), partial removal of the internal plaster, removal of the internal fixtures. A portion of the building's roof was demolished/collapsed.

There are discrepancies present.

    Descrizione (IT)Abitazione semindipendente a Salizzole (VR)    L'immobile in asta consiste in un’unità abitativa che si sviluppa a due livelli fuori terra (terra e primo); sulla planimetria catastale l’unità è così composta:  - al piano terra n. 5 stanze destinate a ingresso, cucina, ripostiglio e una “stanza”  - al piano primo sono presenti quattro locali.  Per accedere all’immobile dalla pubblica via Campagnol (collocata ad est del fabbricato) è necessario transitare sulle particelle nn. 357-358-208, oltre che da una porzione di area scoperta della particella 70 sulla quale insiste un fabbricato realizzato in aderenza a quella in oggetto.  L’unità ad oggi è un cantiere, con presenza di alcuni interventi edili che hanno comportato: rimozione dei pavimenti (era presente il solo massetto in cemento, che si è presentato irregolare in più punti), rimozione parziale degli intonaci interni, rimozione degli infissi interni.
