Lot including machinery and equipment for the production of garments, office furniture, IT equipment and devices, showroom furnishings, shelving, handling equipment and warehouses consisting of sewing threads, haberdashery and fabrics.

Please note that priority will be given to the evaluation of irrevocable purchase offers received for Lots 5 and 1. Therefore, in the presence of one or more irrevocable purchase offers relating to Lot 5 (Transfer of business including industrial property and machinery for an operating clothing-sector business in Camerano) and Lot 1 (Transfer of a clothing-sector business in Camerano), the irrevocable offers submitted for the single Lot 4 will not be taken into consideration, unless otherwise indicated by the Procedure, and the award of Lots 5 or 1 will proceed as indicated above, or an upward bidding auction will be called for said Lot, should there be two or more irrevocable offers, deemed appropriate and admissible by the Bankruptcy Trustee based on the requirements indicated in these sale regulations.

Pertanto, in presenza di una o più offerte irrevocabili di acquisto aventi ad oggetto il lotto 5 (Cessione azienda comprensiva di Immobile industriale e macchinari per attività operante nel settore abbigliamento a Camerano) ed il Lotto 1(Cessione azienda operante nel settore abbigliamento a Camerano) le offerte irrevocabili presentate sul singolo Lotto 4non saranno prese in considerazione, salvo differente indicazione della Procedura, e si procederà all'aggiudicazione dei Lotti 5 o 1 come suindicato, ovvero ad indire la gara al rialzo su detto Lotto, qualora vi siano due o più offerte irrevocabili, valutate dalla Curatela congrue ed ammissibili in base ai requisiti indicati nel presente regolamento di vendita.

How to participate in the bidding process

The procedure is easy and intuitive.

  1. Register on Gobidreal.it

    To activate your account, enter the required data which will be the same with which you will participate in the online competitive sale and to which, if applicable, the award of the property at auction will be attributed.

  2. Place your bid

    Click on "Make an offer", enter the amount you would like to offer, download and fill out the Offer Form. Pay the security deposit. Send the signed form along with the bank transfer receipt and the required documentation. You will be notified of the receipt of the offer on the sale page.

  3. Evaluation outcome

    The offer will undergo an evaluation process. The outcome will be communicated to you via email. If your offer is the only one approved, you will be able to directly acquire the property. If there are multiple valid offers, you will be allowed to participate in an online competitive auction open only to bidders. At the end of the sale, the highest bidder will be the winner of the property.
