The transfer consists of the set of assets organized for the exercise of the retail trade of food and non-food products, carried out at the retail point of:

Taormina (ME), Locality Trappitello, Via Francavilla n. 10

It is specified that the business lease contract expires on 07/01/2026 with annual renewal, while the lease contract for the commercial premises expires on 30/06/2031.
