Activity of serving food and beverages through a kiosk located in Scilla (RC) Via Lungomare Cristoforo Colombo snc, along with the maritime concession no. 40 bis/2013 extension and takeover no. 62/2015 extended by deed 110/2021 and adjusted to the PSC by deed no. 138/2021 issued by the Municipality of Scilla (RC), (extended to 31.12.2024 with provision from the Municipality of Scilla dated 14.03.2024 protocol no. 5377 and in the process of further extension to 30.09.2027), for the purpose of occupying 100.00 sqm of maritime state land for the placement of a 32.00 sqm kiosk for serving food and beverages, services for 9.60 sqm and shaded area of 58.40 sqm, on a wooden platform for placing tables and chairs, of a seasonal nature (April 15 – October 15) located in the Marina Grande area of Scilla, map sheet no. 8 part no. 744 (formerly 379). The activity is carried out on the promenade of Scilla, located on the Marina Grande Beach according to the technical-structural characteristics, dimensions, and other provisions of the aforementioned concession and the "Beach Plan" of the Municipality of Scilla.

The business transfer includes the wooden kiosk structure (currently disassembled and stored in Gioia Tauro) and the following equipment:
