The company at auction mainly operates in the field of viticultural nurseries and marginally in the wine sector and agricultural cultivation, it is a member of the Vitis Rauscedo Cooperative, to which it delivers - and is obliged to deliver - the entire nursery production represented by grafting plants (young grafted vine seedlings, to be used for new vineyard plantings) intended for sale.

The company has real estate and movable assets as follows:
- agricultural warehouse of approximately 1000 sqm, used for the processing and storage of grafting plants, built in 2004, organized on three levels: basement, ground floor, and first floor;

- agricultural land, with a total area of 373,168 sqm partly planted with vines. Of these, a portion equal to Ha 13.81.05 is leased to third parties.

- vehicles, machinery, equipment, furnishings, and office supplies, all located at the production building or temporarily located at the plots where the cultivations take place. It should be noted that two tractors, of significant value and production capacity, are held under financial lease and the lessee company has currently taken over the relevant contracts.

The Vitis Rauscedo Cooperative is the holder of the certifications and the only interlocutor authorized to interact and interface with the regional service. Ultimately, only the cooperative can rightfully market the grafting plants accompanied by the certification issued by the regional phytosanitary offices.

The company is currently subject to a lease agreement signed on 22/03/2024 for a duration of 3 years with the right of withdrawal at will in favor of the procedure.

The lands are subject to various lease agreements, some expiring on 31/12/2037, others on 31/12/2027, and others still on 26/03/2027.
