Transfer of Frigostar company in Monteprandone (AP) - COLLECTION OF IMPROVED OFFERS

Company engaged in the processing, transformation, production, packaging, and wholesale marketing of fish products and frozen and/or chilled food preparations based on fish, operated under regulated licenses;

The received offer concerns the entire business complex of Frigostar Srl as described in the mentioned lease agreement, including:
1) the property owned by the lessor, located in Monteprandone (AP) Via 81^ Strada n. 9, registered in the Land Registry of the said Municipality under Sheet 25 (twenty-five), as follows:
- parcel 276 (two hundred seventy-six), sub 2 (two), category D/7, via Ottantunesima Strada n.9, floor T-1, cadastral income euro 6,140;
- parcel 310 (three hundred ten), (without sub.), category D/1, side street of via Dell'Industria floor T, income euro 52;
2) the registered movable assets better specified in art. 12 of the mentioned lease agreement;
3) the machinery, equipment, plants, and movable assets in general that are part of the leased company as indicated in art. 12 of the mentioned lease agreement;
4) the intangible assets better specified in attachment "A" to the mentioned lease agreement
5) any other contractual relationship included in the lease and still pending.
