With this notice, the Curatorship of the Preventive Agreement 2/2019 - Court of Messina intends to carry out a market survey, through an expression of interest with a free amount aimed at identifying economic operators for

RENTAL OF BUSINESS BRANCH

for one or more of the 14 sales points (Sicily) organized for the exercise of retail trade of food and non-food products.

sales point in Messina in Locality Pistunina - Strada Statale 114 Km 4.800;
sales point in Taormina (ME) in Locality Trappitello at via Francavilla n. 10;

Please note that, in parallel with this expression of interest, there is currently a competitive procedure – Auction n.29670 starting on 04/12/2025 and ending on 19/12/2025 at 15:30 – for the sale of the above-mentioned sales points and that, therefore, this expression of interest for one or more lots will be evaluated at the indisputable discretion of the Procedure.
