The Acquaviva Picena business branch is one of the three production hubs of Terre Cortesi Moncaro - acquired in 1999 to consolidate the cooperative’s presence in the south of the Marche region and to strengthen the production of high-quality red wines - in particular Rosso Piceno.

The "Cantina Acquaviva Picena" Business Branch includes:
- An industrial plant dedicated to the activities of processing, transformation and vinification of grapes;
- All the equipment and technical machinery present in the facility that are necessary for the winemaking production cycle;
- Intangible assets (Goodwill);

Evaluation outcome
The offer will undergo an evaluation process. The outcome will be communicated to you via email. If your offer is the only one approved, you will be able to directly acquire the property. If there are multiple valid offers, you will be allowed to participate in an online competitive auction open only to bidders. At the end of the sale, the highest bidder will be the winner of the property.
