The Acquaviva Picena business unit represents one of the three production hubs of Terre Cortesi Moncaro—acquired in 1999 to strengthen the cooperative’s presence in southern Marche and enhance the production of high-quality red wines—particularly Rosso Piceno.

The "Cantina Acquaviva Picena" Business Unit includes:
- An industrial facility dedicated to processing, transformation and vinification of grapes;
- All equipment and technical machinery present in the facility necessary for the oenological production cycle;
- Intangible Assets (Goodwill);

Evaluation outcome
The offer will undergo an evaluation process. The outcome will be communicated to you via email. If your offer is the only one approved, you will be able to directly acquire the property. If there are multiple valid offers, you will be allowed to participate in an online competitive auction open only to bidders. At the end of the sale, the highest bidder will be the winner of the property.
