This lot concerns the transfer of the financial lease contract signed between the Leasing Company and the Company undergoing judicial liquidation, no. 3/2024.

The auction price includes:
- payment to be made to the procedure within 30 days, net of the deposit;
- overdue installments and interest on the day of the opening of the PROCEDURE amounting to Euro 29,499.42, to be paid to the Leasing Company at the time of taking over the lease contract;
- remaining capital of the lease contract of Euro 186,192.23, to be paid in 42 monthly installments as per the mentioned AMORTIZATION PLAN.
