The two buildings at auction (isolation and kitchen) until some time ago were part of a tourist-accommodation complex type colony, very important for the area, immersed in a large private park on various levels with tall trees and pine forest.

The building called "isolation" has a gross floor area of 185 sqm, develops on one floor, which is raised compared to the surrounding ground level, and partly also on a basement floor, used for service/storage rooms. The main floor consists of an entrance and hallway that leads to the common living room and 5 rooms of varying sizes. All 5 rooms are equipped with a private bathroom, with sink, bidet, toilet, and shower, and overlook, like the living-dining room, onto a long loggia balcony facing South.

The building called "kitchen" has a gross area of 32 sqm, relative to the owned land, is located in a secluded position, close to Strada Comunale delle Chiappelle and consists of a single floor, which includes a hallway/dressing room, a bathroom with an adjacent toilet, a kitchen room, and a small pantry.

There are cadastral discrepancies

In the current PRG, the two buildings are located in Area "Tc – Zones for Special Accommodation Structures (colonies, campsites)".
