On November 24, 2026, at 12:00 PM, in front of Notary Vincenzo Gunnella, at his office in Florence, via Masaccio n. 187, there will be a sale with irrevocable offer and possible auction of the real estate according to the methods outlined below:

This is a raw residential unit, arranged over two levels, consisting of kitchen-living room, plus service and accessories on the ground floor, two rooms plus services and accessories on the first floor, plus exclusive courtyard; the property is completed by a garage of about 27 square meters.

It is specified that the external area surrounding the building complex, of which the property in question is part, and which among other things provides access to it, is partially registered in the Land Registry, in sheet 55, parcel 43, sub 501 as common courtyard for all the real estate units, and partially in the Land Registry, in sheet 55, parcels 120, 129, and 132, totaling 3918 sqm, registered to third parties, pro indiviso.
Regarding the lands registered in the Land Registry and more precisely in sheet 55, parcels 120, 129, and 132, it is informed that on July 16, 2019, a private deed was formalized between one of the current owners of an undivided share and the Bankruptcy that allows the successful bidder, upon request, to exercise the right of option for the purchase for consideration of a share of co-ownership of the aforementioned lands, within four months from the definitive transfer dependent on this procedure.
