Please note that photovoltaic system B - Nominal power of 144.48 kw, GSE Convention no. 63569 with starting date 08/21/2008 - is owned by a third-party leasing company, with which there is a specific agreement for the joint sale of the plant together with the assets relating to the Procedure, as part of this lot.

Furnishings, machinery and electronic office machines are stored within the premises of the building. These goods are an integral part of the sale in the quantity and extent existing on the date of delivery of the property with the exception of any goods that will be reported by the curatorship on the aforementioned date. For the aforementioned goods the buyer undertakes to grant the curatorship no. 3 months for their possible removal.

Materials such as processing waste, wood, cardboard and some containers of acids and processing liquids are also stored in the premises of the building. The disposal of such goods is the responsibility of the purchaser and must be carried out in compliance with current legislation on the matter.
