It is noted that the lands of this lot and the lands of lot in notice Lot 8, located in the Municipality of San Polo Matese, although falling within different municipalities, border each other. All these lands are located in Petrara and are accessible from the S.S. 17 direction Isernia-Campobasso.

Also located in the immediate vicinity, but not bordering, is the land identified on sheet 66 parcel 936 of the municipality of Bojano.

For the lot in question the right of agricultural pre-emption for purchase by any entitled parties is reserved as provided for by the legislation in force regarding the formation of cultivating property.
