The land in question is located close to the Strada Provinciale 360 road and has a slightly sloping position.
Currently cultivated, the land falls partly in the "C2" area of expansion of the smaller nuclei. Various intended uses are allowed, including A3 and A5, civil and temporary homes.
The total building area is 3,866 square meters, the remaining 1,871 square meters are agricultural.
