- area B1, covering an area of 4,824 square meters, is a low-density completion area whose building parameters are described and set by Articles 14, 15 and 16 of the N.T.A.
- area fva, for an area of 770 square meters, is an area destined to green with equipment for recreational and outdoor leisure services, such as public gardens, green spaces also equipped for children's play, avenues, green areas of street furniture etc., described in art. 43 of the N.T.A.

The entire area is also classified as "Historical Viability", "Rf1" area, ie areas associated with landslides, and subject to seismic constraints.
