Most of these are former quarry lands, some of which are at a lower altitude and in some cases subject to water intrusion (with the formation of lakes on the land being estimated).
The buildings have totally or partially collapsed, only part of them still shows the original structure and in any case in dilapidated conditions.
The conformation and position of the land makes them suitable for industrial cultivation of poplar trees or similar crops.
