The property in question is part of a complex of larger buildings, forming part of a super condominium, divided into houses with related appurtenances, shops, offices, warehouses and garages.
The building complex, which consists of three large buildings connected to each other by a basement mostly used as a garage, was entirely built by the same construction company in the first half of the 1960s.
