The veranda overlooks a garden that can be enjoyed for playing and relaxing, shared with the adjacent three-room apartment. Total 6 beds (4+2).
The village is located at the beginning of the Costa Smeralda, 7 minutes by car from Porto Cervo and 8 minutes from the beautiful emerald beaches such as Grande and Piccolo Pevero.

The timeshare is located in the "I Ginepri" residence in the "I Giardini di Porto Cervo" village (https://www.bagaglinomultivillage.it/), a tourist hotel complex in the Liscia di Vacca bay, Via Spargi 18, Costa Smeralda Porto Cervo 07021 (SS).
The village has a beach with umbrellas and sunbeds, bars and restaurants, a small square with evening entertainment, a miniclub for children, water aerobics, yoga, dance courses, five-a-side football pitches, green volleyball and tennis. Next to the village there is a pier from which boat trips depart, dinghies are rented, and sailing and windsurfing courses take place in the bay, which is partially protected and suitable for beginner/medium/high level courses.
