The land falls within the Basin Extract Plan for the Hydrogeological Asset (PAI) as a "Site of attention", characterized by "relative displacement phenomena of the land and consequent cracking of buildings and infrastructures along certain lines, which appear independent severity. The data currently available are not sufficient to ascertain the causes of the observed phenomena which, it is believed, are to be sought in a much wider context than the simple surface geomorphological structure (...)".
