n. 1 Machinery for the production of wooden boxes

TECHNICAL FEATURES

1. Machinery equipped with n° 6 processing heads with automated loader without return conveyor belt;
2. motor speed 12,000/min;
3. cart and loader advancement by air;
4. minimum production sizes: from 70 mm to max. 600 mm - sizes are customizable within the above range. All movements are adjustable in terms of speed. Motor power 3 Hp each - voltage 380 V. The construction was made in-house for product exclusivity.
5. Milling cart advancement speed - recommended 15 sec for processing phases including loading and unloading -
6. Workbench for gluing (clamping), air pressers - minimum production sizes: from 70 mm to max. 600 mm - sizes are customizable within the above range.
7. Press with air matrix for inserting adjustable front and rear hinges consisting of:
- Piston for inserting rear hinges - adjustable -;
- Piston for inserting front closure clips - adjustable -;
The movements of the pistons occur via air foot pedal.
The machinery and presses have worked 8 hours for setup and sample production of which the attached photos. Included in the price are;
