PROPERTY SALE NOTICE

On July 12, 2022 at 12:00 pm, the sale with irrevocable offer and possible tender of the real estate will take place before the notary Vincenzo Gunnella, in his office in Florence, Via Via Masaccio 187, according to the methods set out below:

DESCRIPTION OF THE GOODS

The building complex in question is located along the Via Francesca Sud 436 and is made up of various old buildings, green areas, parking areas and adjacent land.
Building A, surface of 2,732 square meters, used as a workshop, boiler room, office, changing room, canteen and toilets. There are two electrical cabins. The structure is in prestressed reinforced concrete and is not in line with the new regulations. The heights of the various areas vary from 3.50 meters to 4.20 meters.
