The property described below is put up for sale:

The property is newly built and is in excellent general condition except for some slight external cracks on the north front near the downpipes. The entire property is spread over two floors above ground on which:
- on the ground floor there is an entrance for the pedestrian and one for the goods (of very limited size), a large room used as a laboratory with an average height of 4.00 meters, a dressing room with toilets, a small technical room and a local toilet
- on the first floor, a waiting area, three office rooms, two toilet rooms, a dressing room with toilets, a vault and a recreation area.
