The property consists of two separate buildings, one in which the offices are located and the other used as a shed. The surface of the shed is 2,650 square meters distributed on a single-storey rectangular plan, while the offices are on two floors and have a surface of about 200 square meters at floor. Outside the building there are some regularly built metal sheds. The complex is in good conditions of maintenance.

It is noted that a limited portion of the building above the changing room has been the subject of fire and currently made safe, and that the current estimate price has been recalculated considering the aforementioned fire.

It is also noted that the movable goods possibly present inside, including the bridge-cranes, are not the subject of this sale.
