"The undersigned Dott. Giuseppe Bernardelle, Judicial Commissioner of the arrangement with creditors, announces the following:

the real estate has been put up for sale

SINGLE LOT
Full ownership of an industrial building of about 3,460 square meters, plus about 240 square meters of porch used for loading and unloading, divided into processing department, warehouse and offices.
The building is located in the Municipality of Campiglia dei Berici (VI) in via A. Gregori 4, about 500 meters from Agugliaro exit - A31 Valdastico Sud motorway.

It is marked with the Land Registry with sheet n ° 7:
Parcel n. 272 - Category D/01 - Cadastral Rent € 25,667.91

The property is currently used as a deposit for certain instrumental goods that are the subject of another notice of sale

BASE PRICE: EUR 680,000.00 

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN SALE

The hearing for the opening of the envelopes, for the examination of the offers and for the eventual competition between the bidders will take place on Wednesday 13 November 2019 at 3.00 pm before the Judicial Commissioner at his office in Schio, via Luigi Dalla Via n. 3/b.

The time limit for submitting the irrevocable purchase offers is set for Tuesday 12 November 2019 at 12.00 am.

The offers must be presented in a sealed envelope, by registered mail, postal or by hand, at the Judicial Commissioner's office in Schio, via Luigi Dalla Via n. 3/b, must be paid by deposit - to be made by bank draft payable to "Scatolificio Palladio Srl in Conc. Prev." - of a sum equal to 10% of the amount offered as a deposit, which will be withheld in case of no purchase."
