The company being sold was established on 11.09.1976 for the exercise of manufacturing activities in the field of woodworking, and has historically been dedicated to the production, essentially for third parties, of wooden doors and other elements for kitchens modular.

It consists of:

- Industrial building, identified in the Building Registry of the Municipality of Numana at Sheet 8, Parcel 187, sub. 2 stapled Sub. 4, Category D/1, Class 3, R.C. € 123.85 - Parcel 187, sub. 3 stapled sub. 5, Category D / 7, R.C. € 47,183.50

- Building land, marked in the Land Registry of the Municipality of Numana on sheet 8, Parcel 219, Arable land, Class 1, Surface 6,225 sq.m., R.D. € 33.76, R.A. € 35.36

- Movable and registered movable property grouped and divided into the following categories: equipment, tools, shelving, systems, office furniture, trucks and cars

- Commercial goodwill

It should be noted that there is a company lease contract with expiry in 25/08/2023 at a monthly fee of € 10,000.

All credits and debts of the bankrupt company as well as those accrued during the phase following the declaration of bankruptcy are excluded from the sale and will remain the responsibility of the procedure, pursuant to articles 105 and following of the L.F.
The successful bidder will have the right to make the payment of the price also by taking over the debt for the severance pay accrued by the workers employed by the company at the time of the leasing of the same, provided that the release of the procedure by the workers.
