The land in question is part of the subdivision called "Conti 2".
The lot has a building capacity of 2,325 cubic meters.
There is a lack of urbanization works as established by the urban planning agreement. The costs amount to € 25,000.
The area falls within the area known as "mainly low-density residential fabric" as described by art. 63 (zoning) CPTR 1000 of the N.T.A. of the P.R.G. adopted, which prescribes a territorial manufacturability index (IT) equal to 0.80 cubic meters/sqm area subject to agreed subdivision.
