Tourist and Accommodation Service Facilities composed of the following properties and movable assets:

The tourist complex is formed by several buildings so named and distinct:

- "Badia Torre", Municipality of Gualdo Tadino - Fg 57 - Part. 47 - Sub.7. Building complex that represents the historic core of Badia in Val di Rasina, which grew around the "Keep Tower", built around the XVth century, by the Municipality of Perugia, on the line of the eastern border;

- "Granaio", Municipality of Gualdo Tadino - Fg 57 - Part. 47 - Sub. 10. Building complex destined to hotel accommodation, of more recent construction than the historical core of "Badia Torre", presents the architectural and structural characteristics typical of the rural building in load-bearing masonry of local stone, facing wall masonry, brick bricks appeals ;

- "Badiola", Municipality of Gualdo Tadino - Fg 57 - Part. 51 - Sub. 4. A former farm building which was also destined, currently, for tourist accommodation, of more recent construction than the historic core of "Badia Torre"; the supporting masonry in local stone, wall face facing, with room, doors and windows, surrounded by rough masonry with jambs in stone and lintel, window sills and brick thresholds placed on the floor;

- "Ristorante La Muccheria", Municipality of Gualdo Tadino - Fg 57 - Part. 348. Former rural annex, originally intended for the shelter of animals and stocks; through a detailed recovery project, the transformation into a modern service center was implemented, aimed at preparing and storing food and the consequent catering;

- "Tents", Municipality of Gualdo Tadino - Fg. 57 - Part. 348. Precarious modular buildings, used for long-term installations, located in a symmetrical position with respect to the central body of the building intended for catering, both built with a supporting structure, independent, of a metallic nature made of steel or aluminum, covered and closed on the sides ; the cloth applied to the tent structure has a prevalent use of covering and / or infill and is therefore not essential for the stability of the structure itself;

Structure on two levels, the first renovated building, located on the ground floor, originally used as a beauty center was later flanked by an underground volume. The new building extends completely below the ground level, is vertically connected to the existing structure by means of a covered straight staircase, which in its external portion is surmounted by an aluminum and glass structure, with a support base on the pre-existing building. ;
