The apartment is part of a building of greater consistency recently built, located in the peripheral area of the Municipality of Terni, in an area served by all commercial and social infrastructures.
Located on the first and second floor, it has access from the external staircase and is divided into a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. The heating system is autonomous, the electrical system under track. There are also water, intercom and TV systems.

The garage is located in the basement of the same residential complex, access is by ramp common to all units.
