Sale includes full ownership of the company, organized in the three following business units:

 

- Exercise of the agricultural production of wine grapes;

 

- Operation of the processing of the grapes, bottling and marketing of wine;

 

- Operation of hotel, restaurant and meeting facilities.

 

The sale will open on march 27 2017 at 10 am and will end on may 11 2017 at 12 am.
