The properties in question are part of the former production complex called "Stabilimento Tevi" now disused.
Buildings can be grouped into.
- Canteen/changing room block and enel cabin;
- Washing department block;
- Disused depot block.

The maintenance status of some portions of the buildings are very bad and some of them have asbestos roofing and need to be disposed of according to current regulations.
The washing department block is part of the historic building of the complex with a load-bearing masonry structure and roof tiles.

Currently the Municipality of Ponte dell’Olio, through a Preliminary Project of the Structural Plan of the Municipality - PSC, is trying to re-evaluate the area where abandoned and ruined buildings stand, through a change of destination of the different areas.

Please note the existence of a pedestrian and vehicular passage on parcels 21 and 22 and 137 sub 3 in favor of the neighboring portions. There is also an urban easement with deed stipulated on 27/04/2005 for the volume transfer.

The lot in question has been declared of particularly important historical and artistic interest pursuant to articles 10 (paragraph 3, letter a) and 13 (paragraph 1) of Legislative Decree 42/04 and therefore subject to legal constraint in favor of the Ministry for Cultural Heritage and Activities with an administrative act dated 30 December 2008, repertoire no. 1760, transcribed in Piacenza on 2 May 2012 under no. 3543 of formalities.
