The full ownership of Villa Buonaccorsi is offered for sale, a historical-architectural compendium bound in the villa including buildings and service outbuildings as well as an Italian-style terraced garden as well as an additional partly wooded open space.
The real estate complex is registered in the Real Estate Registry of the Municipality of Potenza Picena (MC), sheet 43, map 39 and related subordinates.
Villa Buonaccorsi stands on the top of a hill at 112 meters above sea level, in the typical landscape of the Marche countryside, characterized by soft hills and gentle curves that, as they descend, gain the coast and open towards the hinterland.
The estate extends over a property of about 5 hectares and is completed by other buildings added in the following centuries, the granaries, a series of terraced houses, the stables and a small church. It also houses an Italian garden divided into five terraces, joined by a large central staircase.
The "secret garden" was designed on the ancient sixteenth-century building nucleus, currently located between the fortified villa and the baroque church dedicated to San Filippo. Inside there are rare essences, fountains and water games, niches, obelisks and numerous statues of the Venetian school.
A restructuring intervention was carried out from the old building nucleus in the second half of the 1600s, attributed to the architect Mania de 'Rossi, son of Bernini's most direct pupil.
Around the middle of the 19th century an English garden was created, consisting of a forest and crossed by winding paths that flow into a pond with a cave.
From the 18th century onwards, granaries, stables, a lemon house, warehouses, a small baroque church and a block of terraced houses were added.
Around the 1970s, depopulation, due to the abandonment of agricultural activity, led to a lack of maintenance of the various building structures that still require targeted rehabilitation. The Buonaccorsi garden was in any case subject to daily maintenance which has kept it in good condition until today.
The date of the sale is set for 29/07/2021 at 15:00 and will take place at POLO ASTE - ASTALEGALE, Via Berchet n.8, Padua. Offers must be submitted by 12.00 on the day before the sale, in analogic or telematic form.
