A / 10, class 3 ^, 4.5 rooms, annuity of € 1,301.47, correctly registered;
State of possession: occupied as a residence by the bankrupt's family.
All as better described in the appraisal in deeds drawn up by surveyor Emanuele Corelli on 13 April 2012, which is valid in all respects for the exact identification of the assets themselves and for their factual and legal situation.
It is noted, as described in the report, that:
- the property needs the restoration of the local archive with the elimination of the illegal kitchen.
- the roof of the artisan workshop below of another property bordering directly with the parapet of the rear flat roof terrace, was made of asbestos-cement (eternit) and should be encapsulated or replaced.
