Rustic plot with access by crossing a plot belonging to another property, which leads directly onto a dirt road.
On the land there are 25 centuries-old olive trees and a rural building.
The rural building consists of a very ancient, centuries-old turret, never restored, built with huge blocks of dry stone, with a rectangular base, with two sides of about 4 meters and two of just over 3.50 m., for a height about 6 meters, and inside there is a large ancient stone millstone.
This building has an important environmental and landscape value, such as the centuries-old olive trees, for which it falls within the architectural-environmental assets protected by PPTR, Regional Thematic Territorial Landscape Plan.

Il fabbricato rurale consiste in una torretta antichissima, secolare, mai ristrutturata, costruita con enormi blocchi di pietra a secco, a base rettangolare, con due lati di circa 4 metri e due di poco più di 3,50 m., per un’altezza di circa 6 metri, e al suo interno vi è una grossa antica macina in pietra. Tale fabbricato ha un importante valore ambientale e paesaggistico, come gli ulivi secolari, per cui rientra nei beni architettonico-ambientali tutelati da PPTR, Piano Paesaggistico Territoriale Tematico Regionale.
