All documentation will be available in the data room set up for this purpose, which can only be accessed after signing the corresponding confidentiality agreement (NDA). It is strongly recommended that the bidder conduct a thorough review of this documentation, as well as, if applicable, prior physical inspections, in order to submit their offer with full knowledge of the facts.
