How to participate in an online auction?

The procedure is simple and fast.

1. Register on the platform Gobidreal.it

   To activate your account, enter the required data which will be the same with which you will participate in the auction and to which, if applicable, the award of the property at auction will be attributed.

2. Bid now

   Click the appropriate button "Register for the auction" on the online auction page. Pay the security deposit and upload all the required documentation in your personal section, as indicated in the terms of sale.
   Once this procedure is completed, your bid will be formalized and you can participate in the auction.
   Monitor the progress of the online auction on the web page, potentially competing with other users. You will always be updated on the status of your bid so you can potentially raise it.

3. Wait for the outcome of the auction

   Once the auction is over, if you have won the item, you will receive all the information to make the payments within the established terms and proceed with the transfer of ownership. In the event that you are not the winning bidder of the property, the deposit paid will be returned to you within the terms provided by the sales conditions.
