The property is located in the countryside of the municipality of Villafranca di Verona, not far from the main road junctions.
The lot consists of two adjacent buildings that are spread over three floors, one underground and two above ground.
The basement, which is accessed by a vehicle ramp, is entirely used as a garage. Both buildings have access to this floor also from the two internal staircases. The ground floor and the first floor have been used as housing units.
