The area being valued represents lot 1A of the "Due Querce" subdivision plan. Its shape is triangular and the surface is slightly steep.
The surface of 886 square meters, according to the Ppe "Due Querce" develops a achievable volume of 407 square meters.

The area falls within the homogeneous zone C2.1 "residential expansion areas, new settlements, definition of margins built in contexts without environmental value" and is governed by art. 43.01 of the N.T.A. of the P.R.G. of the Municipality of Osimo.

It should be noted that the validity of the aforementioned Convention is 10 years from the date of signing (12/09/2013) and that the planned urbanization works have all been carried out and tested.
