The undersigned Dr. Francesco Angelucci, as bankruptcy trustee of the procedure in the epigraph

WHEREAS

That on 12/04/2021 the Delegated Judge authorized the sale of the assets acquired to the bankruptcy estate,

MAKES YOU KNOWN

which, in execution of the liquidation program relating to the procedure in the epigraph, is addressed to the public
invitation to bid for the purchase of the lot specified below, for which the Curator has already received an irrevocable purchase offer for an amount equal to the base price,

LOT N. 1: 1/6 share of real estate units located in Ancona, via Ginelli n. 7, registered at N.C.E.U. of the Municipality of Ancona on Sheet 79:
- Apartment: part. 562, sub. 21, cat. A / 2, class 4 consistency 6 rooms, R.C. € 697.22;
- Garage: part. 562, sub. 3, cat. C / 6, class 3 consistency 16 sqm, R.C. € 110.73;
- Undivided shares of condominium ownership

BASE PRICE: € 16,788.66 plus legal fees.
DEPOSIT: 20% of the offered price
MINIMUM INCREASE: € 1,000.00

that the submission of the offer implies knowledge of this notice and other attached documents and constitutes acceptance of the conditions of sale as set out below;

that all subjects interested in the purchase of the aforementioned lot may submit an irrevocable purchase proposal in a sealed envelope to be deposited at the office of the Curator, in Jesi (AN) Via Pasquinelli 2 / A Scala 4 at their professional office, no later than after 12 am of 08/26/2021
